VOLUNTEERS
You will be very welcome, whether coming on your own or with others. You can help us with jobs such as painting, making trail signs, cleaning the beach, joining our night patrols. You might be interested in helping the Field Assistants with their research projects. After some days of beach patrolling accompanying a biologist/field assistants you will be able to monitor the nesting Leatherback turtle, recording nest location, dimensions and other useful data. Or you might want to teach English to the local community.

GROUPS
We have accommodation for special-interest groups and families in both the South and North stations. If you wish, you could combine the thrill of seeing the turtles on the beach with following up some other interest whether it be birdwatching, painting, yoga, Latin American cooking or practicing your Spanish. For any of these, the relaxed atmosphere of the Reserve is ideal.

Visiting groups are normally between 10 and 20 people but larger numbers can be catered for by dividing between the two stations.

Check first with Carlos for availability.
